1. The junk mail starts again offering me the earth for just that one monthly payment.
Last Payment - November 2011 - Completion Certificate received 2 weeks after last payment, Removed from Insolvency Register within 4 weeks after last payment.

Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

oh how true is that,,vanquis won,t take no for a answer,,gone 7 yrs with no cards and am not wanting one ever again,,

One of our creditors was Sainsburys and on Wednesday we had a letter from them saying we could have an increase on our credit card. We have been in an IVA for the past 3 years 9 months, where have they been for all that time.
