as far as im concerned you can dress it up any way you want but if i go to somebody offering a service that involves them getting payment the im the customer paying for a service.the creditors want there money back,the ip offers to provide that service and the money we pay in goes to provide part of that.dont for one minute get me wrong,its a very valuble service that does a lot off good.but i still class myself as customer to my iva company.
cc received 6th January 2014 now upwards and onwards

I see what you are saying back on track but I guess the ips would argue that we aren't paying for the service, the creditors are

We very much recognise that all of our clients are paying for a service lem - and we do our best to deliver that service where we can.
