I am considering an IVA, I've had a chat to someone at thomascharles - I've a quick question.

Without going into details, if you take on a lodger whilst under an IVA, do you have to declare it for the IVA?

Thanks

Hi r12 and welcome to the forum

You will have to declare the income you receive from your lodger, and the money you are paid by your partner. Apart from this, the IVA is unlikely to affect your partner at all.
