I WENT WITH MCCAMBRIDGE DUFFY WHO HAVE BEEN FANTASTIC !!!!
THEY PUT FORWARD AN OFFER OF 26 P IN THE £ AND IT WAS ACCEPTED BY 85% OF MY CREDITORS AND 100% OF MY HUSBANDS CREDITORS ,NOT ALL CREDITORS VOTED THOUGH .
I HAVE ALSO RECENTLY MOVED INTO RENTED ACCOMATATION AND HAD MY THIRD BABY ,A LITTLE BOY WHO IS GORGEOUS !!! NOW GOT TWO GIRLS AND A BOY .
WE DON'T MAKE MONTHLY PAYMENTS INTO THE IVA DUE TO OUR INCOME ,SO NOW WE JUST NEED OUR OLD HOUSE TO SELL ,THEY HAVE GIVEN US A YEAR TO SELL IT .
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE HOUSE DOESN'T SELL IN THAT TIME ? PERHAPS MELAINIE OR ANDY MIGHT GET BACK TO ME ,YOU WERE BOTH GREAT WHEN I WAS FEELING SO LOW BEFORE MY IVA WAS ACCAPTED ALWAYS FANTASTIC ADVICE .
COULD YOU ALSO PLEASE ADVISE ME AS I RECENTLY RECEIVED A CCJ FORM BUT IT WAS RECEIVED AFTER THE IVA HAD GONE THROUGH ,IN FACT THE DATE ON THE CCJ FORM WAS THE SAME DATE AS MY CREDITORS MEETING .

If the CCJ relates to a creditor that is listed in your IVA then this will be dealt with, if not you will need to contact your IP as it may be an additional creditor.
