IVA Accepted.

Am so so pleased and so so relieved.

Massive massive thanks to melanie and her fantabulous team. Can't tell you how immensley grateful I am.
Big thanks to poorly Tamsyn who rang me from her sick bed this morning to check on me.

And also big sloppy thanks to eveyone on the forum. This place is a huge lifesaver and will be my favourite place to visit for a long while to come.

Great news Karin, good luck and I am sure time will fly.

Any mods or details on how creditors voted?

Yes, only MBNA didn't vote which is one of hubbies creditors. All the rest voted (Studio, HSBC, Tesco)

Mods are IP stuff only, no uplift for us.

Thanks sis, think I need to take a toilet roll to school with me, keep wanting to shed a few tears as I think about it each time. Kids will just laugh at me. LOL

This is great news, as I know how worried you have been right through the process. Myself and the team are delighted with the result, and we know that you are going to be one of our most dilgent and responsible clients, from the way you have approached the IVA from day one.

Your sister has e-mailed me to say she will be round with the bubbly later!!!!

Congratulations Karin and Mrsbee. It is always great to hear when IVAs are accepted and it gives a big boost to those still going through the process. There is indeed light at the end of the tunnel.
