That was my interpretation also, Peejayel. What was unclear though were the repercussions (if any) on completion proceedings etc.

Nearly close of business again, it's now day 2 since GT promised to post explaining the effect that the ECI letters will have on IVA's already in closure.
It's really unfair keeping clients in the dark like this [:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!]
IVA COMPLETED ON THE 17th MARCH, FINAL I&E COMPLETED 26th APRIL, COMPLETION CERTIFICATE ARRIVED 2nd AUGUST

I agree that if they said a post would be made then it should be, but surely they need to write to each client who this affects as not all their clients will see this forum. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
