Wrong Name??????

Hi.
I just clicked on the link on this site to the Insolvency Agency Site.
Which lists all the IVA'S and BR'S. But to my horror my name is wrong!!!! It gives my address and court number but my MIDDLE name is incorrect could this be a problem????

Opsssssssssss - I did not know IVAs names ARE listed anywhere :(

Yes,both Ivas and bankruptcies are listed on here but it is a little known site and i would guess that 99.9% of Joe public are not aware of it.
There is an option on the site to ask for corrections and I suggest that you ask them to correct your name entry.It will have no affect on your IVA or bankruptcy and is simply an admin error.

I went on that site and looked on the register and found a lot of local bankruptcies and iva's close to where I live I actually know some of them, but I have never heard any gossip so I felt loads better. I don't think anybody actually looks for these things in the paper if they do see it they are obviously not bothered by it.
Some of them come across as quite well to do. Well we all know where they got it from, they are just like anybody else in the end.

The Registrar will have taken your details from the letter your IP submitted when your case was registered. Get your IP to sort out this mistake directly.
