You need to check the exact terms of your lease. If it is for a commercial property it is usual for these to be terminated upon the entering of any sort of arrangement with creditors. But I rather suspect that you may be talking about your home so there may be less risk of this.

IP's also have a duty to notify not only existing creditors but also contingent creditors - ie those persons who may become creditors in the future. I have to say that I rarely circulate private residency landlords, but at the same time you do need to be aware of any specicic termination clauses within your lease before proceeding.
