Hi Sussex
If you dont mind posting more info like your income, amount of equity in the house, amount of debt, who are the creditors, and amount of disposable income (what is left after just paying your living costs not the debts) Then everyone will advise as to possible solutions.

Hi Sussex

On the basis of the information you have presented, an IVA may well be possible, but you should take advice from an insolvency practitioner with regard to your individual circumstances. As Ang has suggested, post more information on the forum and we can advise further.
