There are several banks that offer people in IVA's and Br accounts.

For Br the best one I am aware of is from the COOP - called the CASHMINDER ACCOUNT.

This offers direct debit / standing orders / telephone & internet PLUS a VISA ELECTRON CARD.

give them a call and apply by phone.

my clients recommend it.
