we have been in a dmp for 6 years, during this time we put ourselves through university and obtained student finance to pay the fees and offset against our loss or earnings, we never failed a payment on the dmp. My husband has arranged the IVA however I am worried about the creditors meeting as we declared the student finance, will our creditors have issues with this. Our creditors meeting is on Monday 14th and I am wanting to cancel the whole thing. Can we do this at this stage. Please someone advise as I am worried sick.

Hi Joanne - not quite sure I understand the problem, if you have declared the correct income then there shouldn't be any problems with creditors.

If your husband has doubt about going into an IVA then he needs to speak to his IP to make sure it is the correct move for him.
