Good morning everyone

I was wondering, would someone (i.e. me) who is just waiting for the completion certificate be able to work for an Insolvency company? Or would the fact that I will still be insolvent for the next two years go against me?

This may sound insane, but I love all the paperwork, calculation and budget working outs... I have an interview this week as an assistant at an insolvency company but not sure if I would be allowed to work there

I have contacted the company and was honest and open with them (after the interview offer, it was minutes between my application and their interview offer phone call!!) but I still havent heard from them.

I am stressing now. I need to leave the NHS as it is killing me. I cant deal with the managerial abuse anymore!

Any ideas please?

No reason why not - you are ideal in that you know how people feel.

I know when Melanie Giles was a regular poster on here she would have actively encouraged someone in your position to apply. Always worth a go as you have first hand experience. Hope you find something you are happy with very soon that leaves you stress free.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I don't see any problem with it, if anything you have more experience than some people.

Thank you everyone. The IP is going to get back to me soon, I spoke to them this morning and they asked me to still come in.

If this happens... it will be the cherry on the cake. It is less money, BUT, its closer to home and its something I would dearly love to do.

I will give more detail after the interview... it was the strangest, funniest job advert I have ever come across.

Keep your fingers crossed. And thank you for everything xx
