If this falls through at the last huddle i have a back up plan! it won't go down very well though.

Looks like i will be staying in my current store for up to 5 weeks, no one wants to take my job, im not surprised the store has a bad rep. My job was advertised on saturday and so far not a single applicant which is rare for a management position but it is close to christmas and not many move about this time of year.

On the plus side everything else has been sorted its just the actual transfer date, worse case it will be in 4 weeks and 3 shifts, after that im on hols for 10 days so will go to new store when i get back.
