After the closure of my work place and merger with another within the group i have been chosen to move with my job (after the consutation period). The problem is this will be another 18 miles per day traveling (i will go from 2 miles perday to 20). How do i prove this is the case when the time comes. I would rather my employers not find out about what is happening.
Hopefully just word of mouth will be enough, but I would suggest keeping some petrol receipts just in case.

Just advise your IP of the change. I am sure that they will accept your word and there will be no need to produce evidence - but as Jan says keep some receipts just in case.
