Hi All,

I would just like to say even tho i have really never posted on here i have always been here reading away and that this place/people have got me through so much over the past so many month's that i am truely gratefull to all... and after finally getting the courage of talking about my issues etc... i have now been given a creditors date of this friday the 28th and to be honest im scared as hell :(

I just want this so bad to be able to put it all behind me and from the 28th only ever look forward.

Again you all will never know how much this place has gave me hope that there is a solution and can not stress enough to anybody reading this that has yet to pluck up the courage to make that call - to make it sooner rather than later.

Everybody from my first call to Tina and the whole of Melanies office including Melanie have been fantastic and can not wish or ask for anything more knowing that if (WHEN :)) my IVA gets accepted that for the next 5years i am in the best possible hands.

fingers crossed and thank you

chae.

Well done Chae, you have tackled the fardest bit now, sit back and let Melanie work her magic now. You are in safe hands, and I'm sure your IVA will be approved, and you can look forward to a debt free future x

Hello chae.

Iwonder how many people read without posting, must be loads and I am so pleased you have found the forum a help. It was such a great support to me before and still now 6 months after approval of my iva.

I wish you so much luck for Friday, please post let us know how you get on, although its hard to think that with Melanie as your IP the result will be anything less than a success.[:)]

I am with Melanie also and Tina was such a great help to me at the beginning of my journey and I can say 6 months in, I feel so grateful and have never looked back.

Good luck again

Hiya chae and welcome.
The hardest bit has been done and you're definately in good hands with Melanie and her team. There are a lot on here to sing their praises and she always gives good, honest advice.
It's normal to be nervous but try not to get too stressed out by it all, look forward to it, it's the start of the rest of your life!
Good luck and keep us informed on how things go.
We're here in the mean time if you need us,
It's nice to be back......

Hi Chae, I only found this site a little before my creditors meeting, and am addicted already - the amount of advise and help is 2nd to none.
Good luck for this Friday.

Hi Chae welcome to the forum. As you have probably read many times, an IP will only put forward a case if they are sure it will succeed, so you're 90% of the way there already. I know it's easy for us to say because most of us already have an IVA in placa, but we were where you are now at some stage and know exactly how you are feeling. Good Luck for Friday, it'll be fine and you can enjoy a weekend of worry free slep and maybe even a glass of wine!! [;)]

All the best, you're in safe hands. I'm with Melanie too and wouldn't want it any other way!
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Good Luck for tomorrow.
Fingers Crossed for you !!
"Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don’t and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said that it’d be easy, they just promised it would be worth it."
