Hi All

Great News my full and final settlement was accepted today!

I have been a really bad few months with my dad passing away and this news couldnt have come at a better time i have now paid my last IVA payment.

My brothers company wanted to do something nice for our family after all we had been through so they have paid for me my mum and brother to go to New York for 3 nights and we go on Thurs so i will now be able to take some spending money and buy myself a treat in the Jan sales!

I am not a regular poster on here but i certainly am a regulur reader and if i can work it out i will do a blogg and tell my story in the hope that it might just help one person out there

although the IVA was not easy and yes i admit sometimes i resnted it.... i can honestly say it was the best thing i have ever done. i can now look to the future and hopefully stat saving for a big deposit for a house!

xx

I'm sure I've replied to this but it's disappeared!

That's really good news about your IVA, and I hope you have a great time in New York - what a lovely thing for your brother's company to
do.

We apologise for any missing posts. Looking into it, it appears to have happened when we did one of our regular backups which developed a slight hiccup and took longer than usual [:(] Problem now solved [:)]

All I can say is that I hope you are not staying in the Hotel Carter!

Anything else will be a bonus and you will love it! My daughter will tell you to take a trip to Tiffany and visit the loo there - luxurious apparently. I was too busy drooling over the jewellery!

I am so pleased for you Sarah - and really do enjoy the trip with at least a visit to both Macey's and Bloomingdales!

Bloomingdales is waaay too expensive Mel! I love Macys though!

Herscheys in Times Square is a must as well.

I do recommend paying for the open top bus tour. You have a 48 hour ticket and you get on and off whenever you like at all the major tourist attractions. We've used it everytime we've been there.

You will love it Mel - fantastic city whatever time of the year you go.

We have friends there so I could go and stay for free - just can't manage the airfare![:D]
