He is a call centre team leader in Reading. I'm a Reading boy and used to work at Prudential and pretty much everyone that leaves the Pru ends up at ING and then hate it lol.

I'm just round the corner in TVP near Microsoft.

Hope you manage to sort them out with the advice from the guys above. Sounds like they deserve it.

:)

Hi Sue

IF you want to appeal then I would write a short letter explaining that whilst you appreciate the deadline for appealing has passed, you don't feel in a position to do so until you have the full documentation relating to your employment (personnel file) and full disclosure of all evidence, minutes and recordings of the disciplinary matter. I would also add in your letter that another reason for the delay has been the adverse affect their decision has had upon you,and that you have only just felt able to address the situation.
Advise them that once you have this you will lodge your formal appeal in writing. If you want a draft letter let me know.
Sharon

Someone i know got sacked from ING on charges of fraud just cos they wanted to get him out. Sadly you aren't the first or last.

Was he in savings or mortgages? The morale is very low at the moment. When I went in for my disciplinary I heard 5 people had just handed their notice in. It used to be a good company to work for when I started but things change I guess.

Sue, you have a chance to clear your employment record. Make a stand against these bullies. It may be hard but it'll be worth it. Good luck and we're all behind you and here to support you in this,
