I started in an IVA a year ago, it is up for review soon. Financially I now receive an extra disabled child on my universal credit, carers allowance and he gets DLA. Will these be included as income even though the disabled element and DLA are for him and I'm now working less hours due to his needs?

It will be counted as income but should be offset against the needs for your child as it is for him.

As Kallis says, these sums should be offset by additional expenses.
