I WANT TO CASH A CHEQUE INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT A SAVINGS ACCOUNT I NEVER TOLD MY IP I HAD . IS MY CHEQUE SAFE TO CASH? WILL MY IP FIND OUT ABOUT IT IF I DNT DECLARE THIS MONEY

Not really sure, but im guessing that this should have been brought to light during the application phase.

If not, it could be classed as a windfall, and as such, you would be prepared to pay some of it to your creditors.

I could be wrong though, expert advise will follow shortly

Please also use lower case as capital letters are considered as shouting.

You should not hide this from your IP, and it probably ought to have been declared at the outset of your application for an IVA. How much are we talking about?

I can only advise for you to come clean and inform your IP that you have this savings account. How much is in it? How much is the current cheque for? What have you received it for?
