I currently have an iva running over 5 years and i'm in my third year of payment.

I have just moved in with my brother and his wife who have just brought their first house.

The iva have just contacted my requiring my last three wage slips. As i'm now registered at my brothers house does this mean his address will be blacklisted from any credit companies.

Any help would be helpful.

Thanks

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

As far as I know, as long as you don't have any joint financial dealings with your brother, it should be ok.

My daughter is able to get credit even though we are in deep doo doo and she lives with us.

Your brother's credit rating will not be affected due to the fact you are now living in his house.
