I assume you mean if you propose an IVA and the answer is generally no, but we would need more information about your circumstnaces to advice properly.

Being self-employed will not hinder you from applying for an IVA, could you provide more information about your situation. How much do you owe? What is your disposable income? Who are your creditors? Once we have this information we can advise a little better.
