will it be possible to get a mortgage while in a iva - will my place of work be contacted at any point about me having a iva

i have already enquired about this, basically yes you can but need at least 15% deposit and you will pay higher interest rates than what the high street lenders offer

You can get a mortgage whilst in an IVA but would need the permission of your IP first.

The rate would depend upon your own particular circumstances and each case is viewed on it`s own merits.Tony
