They tried to get us to take out a 'managed loan', which would have cost us more than we were then paying in a DMP. They even sent the papers out for us to sign, saying that we had applied for it!!!!!
If they were the only bank in the world now, I wouldn't touch them.

They (HSBC) offered me a loan when I told them I was knee deep in mire, had lost my job so no income with lower monthly payments but I would have owed twice as much. I dont think so.
HSBC seemed to give me anything i wanted even when they could see i was struggling. I dont know if there still charging me. I have not heard off them for months and cant access my account online anymore. HSBC i believe have a minimum dividend they accept so i have been led to believe?
