How much equity do you currently have in your property? Also what if the level of your current unsecured debt?

If you have an IVA you would have to check first with your IP and get their permission.

You would be able to get a remortgage whilst in an IVA, the rate would depend on your own particular circumstances, each case is judged on it`s own merits.

First port of call is check with your IP.Tony
