Will an IVA affect gas and electricity bills ?

However if you try a private landlord you will be fine if you are honest but be aware you will need to probably put down at least 6 months rent as a deposit

The rental property is a different kettle of fish. As Rayb has pointed out you may need and increased deposit which may make things very difficult,depenping on what and where you are trying to rent.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.
