i live at home will a iva affect my parents credit or effect my chnace if moving into rented accomadation

It may effect your parents credit report if there is an association recorded at the CRA (Credit Reference Agency) This can be removed by contacting them and outlining that you have been directly responsible for your own affairs / debts etc etc.

You will normally need to disclose the fact that you are in an IVA in the application forms. Most landlords actually don't mind as long as they are getting the rent.
