Can i enter into a iva on my own,without my wife.
does her money that she earns have to be taken into account and paid as part of my iva as its my fault not hers

Hi Sean, in short yes. If the debts are in your name only, then your wife will not be directly involved in your IVA.

However, if your wife benefited from the credit you gained, then she may have to provide evidence that she is attributing fairly to the household costs.
