I’ve been paying into an IVA since 17th December 2020 and it’s still not showing on the insolvency register and I’m getting contacted from debt collectors still. It is paid to CREDITFIX but I deal with Ebeney gate and having read the reviews I’m now thinking oh dear. Surely that would be the first thing to show up being on the insolvency register? I need to know what I can do and what my options if there are any are thanks.
Mine took over 6 months to appear on the Register .... with CreditFix and, indeed, Ebenegate, it could take longer ! Pass creditors letters on the CF and refer creditors to them if they phone you.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
