Why is my credit rating low ? My IVA is finally of records, home owner, payments up to date.

Get expert opinion. This is the place for new questions to be posted.

Is there a Notice of Correction on file? If so it has to be removed manually.

By my reckoning your IVA shouldn't drop off until September.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Are you looking at Noddle?

It explains the reasons why it might be marked down.

Bear in mind the 6/10 or 10/10 or whatever score is just the credit reference agency's interpretation of the data.

Creditors don't see this score actually. They just see the data and make up their own mind. But it is a good guide and it's reasonable to assume creditors would make similar judgments.
One pay-cheque away from oblivion!

Check Equifax and Experian also.Check for consistency. Most of the time they are saying the same thing. Then keep to one to monitor like Noddle.(Call credit)Becoming more used by lenders.
Creditfile cannot be gleaming with 6/10 score.
Nationwide published an online guide last week that advises on getting a good credit record. It is still online you should check it out.
As it is on their site they must take it seriously too when vetting customers.
They for one won't like to see more than 25% borrowing long term of your credit limit on
c cards.
