Why haven't Aperture contacted me ?

Ive contacted Aperture by telephone, they've asked me to make final payment FEB 2018, I do not need to complete review as one was completed in June 2017. Why have they not contacted me before? Why wit until my last payment? I'm just worried something will go wrong after all these years.

Are you a previous DFD customer transferred to Aperture ? If so they ate way behind in their communication to their newly adopted customers.

I would seek it in writing that final payment in February and no review. Once received and final payment sent cancel DD and await your certificate

Apart from the fact, as Luluj mentions, Aperture is way behind due to recent caseload increases, the way they operate means that the "closures team" do not even see your file until AFTER the last payment, so nothing will be done towards the closure process until after that!
