why continue with a dmp ? until iva set up ??

You would get notice of the intention to secure a charging order, in advance, giving you plenty of notice to put a defence into Court. The Court will usually allow an adjournment of the final hearing, if an IVA was in the process of being proposed. Have you come under threat of a charging order from one of your creditors?

HI MELAINE NO ,ITS JUST I WORRY SO MUCH ,and i just dont want anything to stand in our way ,i am paying a small amount into a dmp at the moment but am just worried incase things get nasty whilst our house is on the market .
