I am 5 months into a DMP with Bright Oak. All my creditors have frozen interest. I am having heaps of phone calls from Lloyds TSB. Bright Oak have spoken to them also but they still keep phoning. Today I have a answerphone message from a company called MHA (when I looked up who they are they are a debt recovery firm working for LLoyds TSB). I have not missed a payment and am now worried sick !!! BO are not open until tomorrow.... looks like another sleepless night for me... just when I thought I was finally sorting myself out .... Has anyone any dealing with this company ? And what will they do to me ???

Hi tutu,

I have not heard of this company before, but you are with a good company with Brightoak and would not worry about anything. Speak them tomorrow.

I second that - they are a very fine firm and will fight tooth and nail for their clients.

I would try change your number and also send them a letter warning them that they are breaking the law by harrassing you. make it clear to them that BO are now representing you and that all communication from now should be in writing. Do not worry about this firm simply hang up if they call do not let them bully you or make threats. you are in good hands on here.

Unfortunately, with a DMP, they can keep on contacting you.

However, Brightoak will contact them for you when you tell them about this.
