Shane

If you read through the comments of those who have had dealings with them you will find it is their personal feelings as to what has been done to them. I don`t know of them but there is a lot of knowledge in this forum and general consensus is clients aren`t that happy.

shane, i had dealings with synergi and they took a lot of money up front and took over 5 months to get to a creditors meeting, i am not the only person on the forum who has not been happy with the way they deal with the process, they meddle about with your income and expenditure to suit the creditors leaving you in a no win situation as you are unable to meet the iva payments, if you are happy to continue with them and have faith that they will get your iva accepted then so be it but if it is rejected any money paid will be kept by them as their fees although they tell you its part of the iva payments.
i would advise you do your research before you settle with anyone, can i ask did you go through debt councillors,
speak to many companies and get their opinion it doesn't hurt as 5 yrs is along time to be making any commitment
good luck keep posting
