I am guessing but would they need to contact the IVA company for them to separate the joint IVA in to two single?
Then so long as you don't have or apply for any joint accounts with your partner, your credit rating will remain unaffected...

Hi and welcome to the forum. Your partner would need to contact her IP as if the IVA's are interlocking they would need separating, your partner would possibly be asked to complete another Income & Expenditure form which will show that she is contributing to your household expenses in a fair manner. It shouldn't affect you at all as such, it would also depend if they had equity in the house she lives in at present etc., She would need to take some case specific advice from her IP.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
