What would be the best option for me

I owe £47000What would be the best option for me to address these issues.
approx to 5 creditors (bank and credit cards) i have an income of £1600 per month (after tax + ins), repayments of £900 and personal expenses of £650 approx,

The answer to "best" option can only really come from yourself, but looking at your finances you are able to carry on paying your creditors under normal terms. Are you sure that your personal expenses are only £650 as this seems very low.

Hi Jimmy,

Could you provide more information about your debt situation, Who are your creditors? What is your disposable income (income minus general living expenses, not inc monthly payments)?

Once we have this information we can advise better on what option is best for you.
