Hi J-D,sorry if my post scared you,but thats what this forum is about honesty, and above all that, being supportive.but those are only my views, and my thoughts, dont loose heart, ivas are the correct way forward for some but this site makes you realise, you have to get it right in your choice of representation :BR DMP IVA ,and the right insolvencey practitioner,if iva is the route you choose,as i have said i read so many people who have failed iva because of unrealistic proposals, that people cant afford to service, but desperation pushes people into signing, therefore like kerri and skippy loose money in an iva that was unrealistic,in the beginning, but they are both so positive now,and it gives me heart that if i choose to go down the BR route il cope, and being able to post on this forum also helps so many people to do the right thing for themselves as the technical advise and emotional support are so reassureing, personaly i wish i had found this site months ago, maybe i wouldnt still be in the financail mess im still in.
I really do hope you will be successful,J-D in what ever route you take, but most of all i hope you will get through it as a family, and your partner will find the strengh to carry on,and find some peace of mind
Good luck.
