I write further to your email dated 19 January 2012.

In order for you to retain the money requested we will need to convene a meeting of your creditors and request that you be permitted to do so. Creditors will decide whether or not you will be permitted to retain this money.

Unfortunately your Insolvencey Practitioner does not have the discretion to allow you to retain this money as it is classed as a 'Windfall'.
