We have about a year to go before the IVA is off our credit file , so with buying a house very much on the top of a long list of things to do. we would be very interested in hearing what our next steps should be. Our IVA finished 2 years ago with an early settlement agreement so we have been saving like mad so should have a decent deposit. Exciting times ahead i think
