Hello all

I have 18 months left in my IVA paying 308 a month, My Mother could possibly lend me some money to pay this back at the beginning of next year, Do you think £4500 is enough?

I have £5544 left to pay, Do you think my offer is high enough?

Thanks

Rich

Hi,

You can but try. You must make sure that the creditors know that the money is only available for a full and final is not available otherwise.

Have a word with your IP and they will be able to advise what would be acceptable to your creditors. Good luck x

I had £4,500 left and went in with a £2,000 offer. It was accepted due to my circumstances, being only available for a F&F and the funds being supplied by a 3rd party.

I think the suggested offer is a good one, and I would be prepared to put that forward if I were acting as your IP.
