Hi howardmoon,

You will get a completion report and certificate of completion from Freeman Jones, and also a breakdown of what was paid to each creditor. Your creditors will not need to contact you.

Once you have the certificate of completion then your IVA is finished.
Take care,

We finished ours in November last year and to this date we have not had any letters from creditors - just our completion cert and final report from IVA company !

Does the final report detail the total amount paid to each creditor over the term or is it broken down into how much was paid at various points along the way?

Does it detail any creditor who has not made a claim?

Just curious as to what to expect.

I think it's probably what has been paid out in total - your annual reports should have detailed payments made along the way.

No idea about whether it mentions non claiming creditors though.
