What happens to our joint IVA if my wife and I seperate? Joint debt is from negative equity from mortgage. If we remain amicable, can things just carry onas normal? trying to sort our life out, but preparing for worst.
What is the worst they can do? They can take all my money, but they can't make me pregnant!

Your IP may be able to split the interlocking IVAs and you each run your own ones if you do split. You can also just carry on the IVA as normal as long as both your income and expenditures allow
