Hi aa and welcome to the forum

Technically nothing will happen to your limited company, as it is a separate legal entity in its own right and providing it is not insolvent it can carry on trading with you acting as a director. There should be no problem in getting telephone accounts in the name of the company, as this should not involve a personal credit check.
