What would happen if I just stop paying the Mortgage and IVA - Reposession, Bankruptcy - This seems the only option at the moment as the Wife whants me out, and I need to be able to rent somewhere else!!!
If you stop paying the mortgage then your mortgage company will probably reposses the house and you may have to go bankrupt.
I would seek some professional advice though - visit www.iva.com for a list of companies and reviews and give one or two a ring for free and impartial advice.

Hi Colin - you need to take legal advice re the split and speak to your IP. How long have you been in your IVA? If you are near the end, creditors may accept payments to date as a full and final settlement.
