What does S263 of the Insolvency Act 1986 actually

Just scrolling and having a look at S263 which is an interesting bit of legislation and what does this actually mean and what can it do?

Obviously in some cases a judge would look at things slightly more sympathetically than a supervisor or creditor?

This is a general provision which allows for any party who requires further guidance with regard to an IVA to seek directions from the Court, particularly with regard to the conduct of the Supervisor. Applications under such rule are rare
