It is just to make sure that you have made all your payments and there's no extra (such as overtime) to be declared and paid across.
Nothing to worry about.

Thank you, it's a great achievement! Will they ask for wage slips or anything, only I left my job in December, single Mummy to 2 kids age 2yrs and 4yrs, as was struggling juggling work etc, and I've gone on income support, but haven't told my IP cause I've heard they would fail me, but I only had 2 payments left, my Mum kindly paid it for me?? I really don't want to fail after putting so much effort into repaying, and advice would be great!
Your IP would not have failed you with two payments left so just tell them what you have said here. The IP will want to see wage slips to ensure any overtime was properly provided for but show them evidence of your income support and that should be that.
I hope you get your completion certificate soon and can move on.
Agree with Michael - they won't fail you especially when the payments have been made very generously by your mum.

Thank you!I emailed my IP simply asking if I need to provide anything, I didn't mention my current situation if it wasn't necessary, and she replied saying 'no, I don't need to do anything, and to expect my certificate mid Feb'
Phew!
I cannot wait for this, it's been a long ol' journey, but glad I've been able to repay some of my dues
