Maybe it's what has been paid out to your creditors this year? Take it up with your IP.

You need to speak to your IP asap!! Your IVA should not fail now after all this time.

Your mortgage company may not be able to help but your IP probably can.

Please either email them or pick up the phone.

Which company are you with?

I suspect that figure is the amount that creditors have been paid within the year covered by your annual report, but do call them to check to be sure.

Hi Michelle. Kallis is right - please contact your IP asap. Your IVA shouldn't fail so close to the finish, and could you find £700 for bankrupcy? Things are terrible for you right now, but there has to be a workable solution for all parties. If your IP knew you were considering bankrupcy, I bet 'communication would change'. Even if you don't want to talk personally, send an email/letter stating everything. A lot of peeps on here are really routing for you, and some may have experienced similar, and found a way through it. I really wish the best for and hubby. X
