What do I do with PPI as DFD no longer exists?

My enquiry is I signed a form giving DFD partners Equity in finance permission to look for and collect my PPI for 12 months after the completion of IVA yet I have just had a letter saying I have been awarded ppi and it will be paid to my IVA even though this was finished and completed over 2 years ago and the other agreement over a year ago what do I do as DFD no longer exist

This will be dealt with by Aperture, who took DFD on as a going concern. Any 12 month limit on paperwork you signed is immaterial as PPI is an asset of the arrangement in perpetuity, having existed during the IVA.
