Hi I finished my IVA with debt free in feb 2015 and got my completion certificate in Aug of that year . My enquiry is I signed a form giving DFD partners Equity in finance permission to look for and collect my PPI for 12 months after the completion of IVA yet I have just had a letter saying I have been awarded ppi and it will be paid to my IVA even though this was finished and completed over 2 years ago and the other agreement over a year ago what do I do as DFD no longer exist

This will be dealt with by Aperture, who took DFD on as a going concern. Any 12 month limit on paperwork you signed is immaterial as PPI is an asset of the arrangement in perpetuity, having existed during the IVA.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
