I don't know about that. I know it's hard, I've been there, but there is nothing more you can do.

Credit Union. Never had dealings with them. I do know how hard it is to be patient but there is nothing else you can do.

Nobody can say - each IVA is individual so you will have to wait for your meeting.

If it makes you feel any easier, stepchange manage my IVA, my biggest debts were Barclaycard and Natwest. Both of these passed the accounts to an insolvency firm once they were aware of the IVA, both voted yes. I didn't have any no votes on mine, my other debts were first direct, lloyd's and mbna. There were a couple who voted yes with modifications, stepchange must have known they had the needed 75% and advised to reject the modifications.

Stepchange know what they are doing and you also have to be prepared for some modifications, usually to do with fees which will not affect you.
