Hi everyone,

I've lost 2lb this week.....2st 9lbs to go to reach target.

Its been quite hard this week, as I've had lots of meetings which have involved buffets and cakes/biscuits.....its a hard life [:D]

I've managed to keep on track - hope everyone else has too

xx

Well done Julie, it is hard to resist buffet food! I weighed myself yesterday and lost another pound. Not sure it's going to be worth doing anything now as it's so close to Christmas. Maybe I'll start in the new year, I know, I'm such a quitter!!!! Good luck everyone else. X

I ONLY have 2 and half stone to go - 3 people have commented today that I've lost weight. Made me feel soooooo good.

Hope you've all done well.

I know what you mean Tori, we haven't been out on our bikes for weeks because it's been too wet, I don't want to slide and fall off! X

I'm doing Weight Watchers as I found Slimming World to restrictive - I couldn't be bothered working what I could and couldn't eat! I sold my books on Ebay at a profit!

Are you following a diet Julie, or are you just eating healthily?

I couldn't lose weoght on slimming world no matter how I stuck to it.

I'm really watching my portions now and basically cut out the rubbish. Though I haven't given up mayonnaise [:)]. I'm also making sure I have a glass of orange juice and an apple for brekkie...I used to miss brekkie and sometimes luch, then eat whatever was in sight when I got home from work. So I'm eating more sensibly now.

Just wish hubby would support me more - he keps bring goodies into the house, but so far I'm resisting.
