I'm not sure when the christening is, but it should be this summer. I want to lose 7lb by 10th June, so lets go for it! I've lost 4lb so far at Weight Watchers (it was 5.5lb but I put on last week!), so it woudl be good to have lost 11lb as that will get me to one of my goals!

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

I would like to join too....
Perhaps we should post tips or low fat receipes...

I recently ran the race for life , it gave me a real incentive to go to the gym/ out running in the park/woods (which costs nothing..bonus)....

My problem is sweeties/choc... cant cope past 3pm without it!!!

Mmmm, chips! I'm feeling better today and my appetite is returning and I could just eat a bag of chip shop chips even though I've had a beef stir fry!

Well done for running the Race for Life Lula - how long did it take you? I'm doing it again this year (in memory of my uncle) but I'll be walking as I've found I can't run due to a dodgy knee. I feel a bit of a failure, but I thought that if I carried on trying to run I might not even be able to walk it.

This might sound strange but my weakness is cereal and soya milk - I'd live off it if I could!

skippy13.
you need to be carefull with soya milk, there is quite a lot of fat in it. stick to semi skimmed if you can.
aguise.
try slimming world chips.
cut your potatoes into chunky chips, about 1/2 inch squre, or as close as you can get.
spray a baking tray with fry-lite, put the chips on it, spray on some more fry-lite, bake in th oven till they are the colour you want, turn them once .
if you fo;;ow the slimming world programme they are free ! and you cant tell the difference.
and no, i am not touting for slimming world.

Sadly I can't drink semi skimmed as milk doesn't agree with me. I have checked my Weight Watchers points book and 1/4 pint of Alpro soya milk is 1 point, the same as semi skimmed milk.

I might give the chips a go - they sound really nice and easy! I did well on Slimming World, but I struggled with what to have for lunch - if you have any tips Mr Torch I'd be really greatful!
